This paper take the background which the government implementedthe frontier education and the investigation of Mongolian and Tibetanmodern education in the Gan-Qing area in the period of the Republic ofChina. Reappear the winding course of Mongolian Tibetan moderneducation in the Gan-Qing area during the period of Republic ofChina.and expose the features and problems Mongolian and Tibetaneducation. At the same time, profound analysis of the reasons for the lagof the Mongolian Tibetan education development from the naturalenvironment, social economy, culture and religion in the Gan-Qing areaduring the period of Republic of China. Hope to summarize the historicalexperience and lessons,and attain the Practical significance to guide thedevelopment of modern Mongolian and Tibetan education.The paper is divided into four chapters,The first chapter mainlyintroduces the education background of Mongolian and Tibetan in theGan-Qing area during the period of Republic of China,Including the maindistribution area and population of the Mongolian and Tibetan in theGan-Qing area.The second chapter focuses on the status ofimplementation of Gan-Qing area in education development process onMongolian and Tibetan,including the education administrative institutions,the related system construction, the school education and the socialeducation;Based on the former two chapters,The third chapter revealedthe characteristics of Mongolian and Tibetan ethnic education and existedthe problems in the process of development;The fourth chapter analyzedand evaluated factors the Mongolian and Tibetan modern education in theGan-Qing area during the period of the Republic of China from thepolitical, economic, cultural, religious and other aspects.By the above argument, We can draw the conclusion that thedevelopment of Mongolian and Tibetan nationality in modern education in the Republic of China and promoted the transformation anddevelopment education of in Mongolian and Tibetan in Gan-Qing areaspromoted the Mongolian and Tibetan ethnic areas of the economy and hesocial development during this period.
