The period of the Republic of China Elementary Education have made great development compare with the later of Qing Dynasty, in elementary education, legal, regulations, education, curriculum, education administration organization, entered the standardization process. The government of the Republic of China was founded, in the whole nation carry out compulsory education, started to attach importance to education development in the border area, to set up experimental primary school side, subsidies to elementary education funds, set up the side of educational administration, the border areas of education have a certain degree of development. The Republic of China the national government in Liangshan in the implementation of the national compulsory education, build new schools, with period through" teaching" to" governance risks", change the backward situation of Liangshan area, Liangshan area development into the unified process. Liangshan area was belong to Sichuan Province,then belong to XiKang province.After the establishment of Xikang Province, carried out a series of education policy, make the Xikang province border land minority education development to a certain extent.In the later period of the Republic of China Liangshan had more development in the late education management mechanism with democratic management and the development of modernization, in the school system, curriculum setting, teaching management and other aspects the standard rises, into the modern education, promote the Chinese nation pluralistic integration, accelerating Liangshan minority region economy development and culture progress.
