With the development of Chinese as a second language, the techingperfoemance has been emfersised more and more. As one of the most importantreasons, the teaching ability also has been challenged. A qualified Chinese teachersknow the differences between Chinese and foreign students, good communicationand give them enough personal attention; Treat good students and poor students indifferent ways, such differences will let students don’t like them.But at present, thereis not a unified standard on the quality of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,which is the reason that the study of why I do what I do. It is possible to bulid up asystem of the teacher evaluation. But, nowadays, there is still not a unitize standardof the quality of Chinese teaching for foreigners, that is also the reason why I do thisresearch.This paper mainly investigated Interview by the Xinjiang Normal UniversityChinese International Cultural Exchange School Teachers and students.In the view ofstudents,investigation on the students of the school of existing assessmentquestionnaires of satisfaction and their teaching methods and detail aspects for theteacher expectations.At the same time, in view of the existing problems in theevaluation of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, we should pay attention tostudents in the evaluation process, and provide improvement suggestions forteaching.The first chapter introduces the research of some theories, combined with theintroduction of the background and research program.The second chapter introduces the theory and realise meaning.The third chapter introduces the ways of the research and the content of theresearch.The forth chapter introduces reasons for the difference between the case studyand analysis of students evaluation of teachers.The fifth chapter is the research on the traits of insufficient conclusion, and putsforward some suggestions.
