The moralrepayment is the phenomenon of giving reward for good but punishment for evil inhuman moral life. Moral repayment is also an important means of social and moralregulation, and playing an important role of morals. Today，with economies intransition, difference Ethical standards together， diversification of interests andvalues orientation, honor and disgrace disordered, above reasons cause the missingof moral repayment. The missing of moral repayment performance in variousaspects of social life，such as no reward for good and no punishment for evil, honestpeople often suffer losses, physical and mental damage to heroes, highly cost ofdoing good deeds. These bring a huge obstacle to the moral construction in China.There are many reasons, including traditional culture influence likes “gentlemen dogood never for repayment”, The moral repayment mechanism has not yet perfect,and there doesn’t have a good social atmosphere.
