Research On Post Project Evaluation Of Cultural Industry

The post project evaluation of cultural industry is the review and value assessmentof the cultural project which has been completed and put into operation, is the finalstage of cultural project management, and is also the important content in projectmanagement of cultural investment.First, the paper introduces the situation of cultural industry policy and culturalproject construction in our country. On the basis of the related theories of post projectevaluation of cultural industry, the paper makes clear the characteristics, significanceand requirements of the post project evaluation of cultural industry. Secondly, on theprinciple of selecting index of post project evaluation of cultural industry, the paperdesigns the indicators system. By comparing and analyzing the commonly usedmethods of post project evaluation, the paper selects principal components analysis(PCA) as the method to evaluate cultural project. Then, the evaluation model isconstructed by combining the index system with the evaluation methods. Thirdly, thepaper studies Tang Paradise by using the proposed index system and model. As can beseen from the analysis result, from2005to2012, the ability of sustainable economicdevelopment of this cultural project has been significantly improved, the environmentprotection and social benefits has developed to a certain extent, but the ability ofinfluence has been short of power. At the end, the paper presents some countermeasureand proposal to promote cultural projects development.According to the research, we can draw the following conclusions: the postevaluation model of cultural project based on PCA is scientific and reasonable, and theability of sustainable economic development is very important to cultural project. Toenhance the ability of economic sustainable development of cultural project, ensure that the cultural projects develop rapidly and healthily, government should provideservice and support from the following aspects: fiscal revenue, investment andfinancing policy; statistical indicator system of cultural industry; talent policy; scienceand technology policy and so on.
