Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Tax Credit Evaluation

In recent years,China’s cultural industry has developed rapidly.As a sunrise industry in the 21 st century,cultural industry is becoming increasingly prominent in China’s cultural construction,becoming an important engine for economic.At the same time,the county cultural industry has become the basis for the development of China’s cultural industry,is of great significance for developing county county economy,inheriting county culture,and promoting common prosperity.In such a situation,we must pay enough attention to cultivating and developing the county cultural industry.Promoting the development of county cultural industries has become an important research topic.In recent years,Liandu has firmly grasped the development trend,given full play to its own advantages,and improved relevant policies.Liandu has been promoting the development of the cultural industry.This paper takes the characteristic cultural industry of Liandu as the research goal.This paper adopts the method of literature research,case study and investigate,studies the current situation,deficiencies and supporting policies of policy support for characteristic cultural industries in Liandu.This article is divided into five parts.The first part mainly summarizes the current development background of the domestic cultural industry,analyzes the significance of studying the county cultural industry,expounds the important role of developing the cultural industry,and then sorts out the research status at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the main content and research methods of the paper.The second part focuses on introducing the concepts of culture,cultural industry and county cultural industry,and analyzes the relevant cultural industry policies and theories.The third part analyzes the Liandu District as a case,expounds the current situation of the development of the county’s characteristic cultural industry,and specifically analyzes the deficiencies in the cultural industry policy strategic orientatiothis paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: strengthen the planning and guidance,accelerate the construction of the platforms,strengthen the intensity of fiscal and taxation policies,and optimize characteristic cultural industries.This paper proposes specific countermeasures for the policy support of county characteristic cultural industries to promote the high-quality development of characteristic cultural industry.
