| Chinese allusion words viewed as a kind of characteristics member of vocabulary,it is not only bring the new factor of allusion to the creation of languages, but enrichpeople’s connotation of culture. With the development of the time, some illusionwords still keep their vigor and vitality in social communication after standing tests ofhistory while some are getting lost. Scholars have been paying attention to allusionwords; however, they generally focus on rhetoric, semantics and origin instead of thecurrent usage and development trend. This paper tries to make a study of it to analyzethe use of allusion words and to provide some practical data and references for furtherdiscussing.In the following, this paper shall make a brief introduction of the researchapproach.. Firstly, to define the object of the study, which refers to all allusion wordsincluded in Modern Chinese Dictionary (Sixth Edition);Secondly, to set up the wordlist of allusion words which includes the distribution range of the corpora, frequencyof occurrence and standard value of common use calculated by the formula in everyallusion word which is searched in CCL corpus of Peking University.Thirdly, todivide all allusion words into four levels on basis of the standard value, and to make aspecific analysis of their differences and reasons for the differences.Finally, tosummarize of the use of allusion words by means of the analysis result, and to predictthe future tendency of their development.On the whole, this study is carried out withgood organization and vigorous logic. It has the summarization of the noumenonintegrated with linguistics, history, psychology and knowledge of other subjects todraw conclusions in a scientific way. At last, the innovative points are developed to confirm the innovative plan forsome breakthroughs and conciseness of scientific research. However, in considerationof the limited academic level of the author, some deficiencies need to be pointed out. |
