As it is said,"clothes make the men",so a product can become a merchandise only by package.Thepackage design,as the fruit of human’s wisdom,has been widely applied to the production and the life for along time,and pushes forward the human civilization in a special way.At the same time,the packaging design has had a huge evolution.It is essential to trait with itappropriately and scientifically for the competition and the succes of a product.With the raise of living standard,the change of culture level and values of the consumers,and theirspending power,they can not be satisfied anymore with the material needs of daily life,but with enjoyingthe exotic life in the spiritual level.The moder package,as the clothes of a product,can highlight itscharacteristic,accelerate its sell by’ inducing consumers’ desire of purchase,satisfy them with aesthetictaste,raise its value-added,and more importantly,bring more profit.The idea of " interesting" in the packagedesign plays up to the consumers psychological needs and becomes more and more popular,also necessaryand important.The interesting package design uses some special new forms of expression like the exaggeration,thehumor and the personification.Its particular creation can manifest the products’ characteristics, make themmore easy to recognize and satisfy the demand of the target consumers.Nowadays,more and moreconsumers hold a personal pursuit of products,and buying the particular products has also been therepresent of the social status. On the other hand,the market mechanism is more and more complete,andthere are plenty of commodity resources.So it needs some commodities pleasing the consumers.To survivein the fierce concurrence,the products must obtain their attention.That is why the interesting package cameinto being.Its lively design brings them a visual choc,meets their material and mental demand and helps thecompany to model the image of the brand.The packaging design has been a concern in the packaging design industry, especiallysince China’saccession to the World Trade Organization, the height of the developmentof the import and export industry,packaging is not just "guard" deeper on behalf of a nationaleconomic development, the development oftechnology, the printing industry,printing technology and advanced materials have been developed and widely used in the packaging field, promote the development of the packaging industry. Howpackagingdesign innovation to promote "sustainability" and how to use environmentally friendly materialsto design a "green, recycle" packaging, to achieve coordinated with environmental protection developmentof new packaging, Packaging artists and designers are common attention and solve the problem.This paper starts from the perspective of visual communication,takes the problem of " the influence incommodity marketing force of the packaging design " as the object of study, also including the consumerpsychology,the marketing and the cognitive psychology.Here are the researches and the reflections:how thepackaging design be acknowledged by the consumers with its special profiling;how it can promote theproducts;how to make out a package that can be used as a real package and can satisfy the modernconsumer psychology.All these have been the focus of the modern designers of package.
