The Relationship Between State And Society In Puxian Opera Peformance

The article attempts to summarize and specify the history of the relationship between state and society in Puxian Opera peformance by collecting oral and literature material.The writer argues that Puxian Opera peformance belongs to the Little Tradition which maintains the everyday life of folks in Putian area, which is not only a kind of literary and artistic communication,but also the dependence of the for-profit Puxian folk troupe.
