In recent years, although the development of China’s cultural industry is very well,but the strength is not strong, regional development unbalanced and industrial structureidentical; the cultural industry structure of the common development of multipleownership has not yet been formed; the international competition of our culture industryis still at a disadvantage. In order to implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session ofthe17th CPC Central Committee, and strive to build a powerful socialist cultural country.In2012February, the State Office issued <The Plan for the Development of Culture inthe12th Five-Year-Plan>and proposed the cultural industry would be the goal of theeconomic pillar industry in2015.It has a practical and profound significance foraccelerating the development of cultural industries,and enhancing the internationalinfluence of Chinese culture. From the policy practice, China’s cultural industry policy isplaying a huge role to promote the development of the cultural industry. But in theprocess of making and practice still exist many problems and deficiencies, seriouslyrestricting the healthy development of China’s cultural industry. This paper conducts theresearch from the current cultural industry policy, in order to have a comprehensive andscientific understanding the current cultural industry policy, system analysis of theproblems of current cultural industry policy of our country and put forward to solve theproblem of the targeted countermeasures.This paper has three parts; the first part describes the connotation of culturalindustry and the policies of cultural industry. The second part comprehensive analysis thecurrent situation of cultural industry policy in our country. The third part in view ofexisting problems of cultural industry policy put forward the countermeasures. Thissection is the focus of this paper, also the significance of studying the problem.
