Some research have shown that there is a close relationship between the psychological and academic achievement. But as a result of past research on the understanding of the psychological quality is different, and the selection of object of study lack of Tibetan junior high school students group, makes the research conclusion is not wide, the applicable scope of the lack of guidance value in national education. In addition, some methods of teaching reform in national regions in Qinghai has achieved initial results, the change of teaching ideas and methods for Tibetan whether positive effect on the cultivation of students’ psychological quality, psychological quality and the relationship between academic achievement, is also a new problem. On the basis of existing research, from the students’ psychological quality structure of the overall concept of departure, and some of the factors selected as a representative, to explore under different teaching modes Qinghai Tibetan Middle School Students’ Mental Quality and Academic Achievement of health and relationships. Thinking of this study is: Theoretical analysis → Development tools → Implementation of the measurement → Analysis. On the basis of existing research, according to the theory, puts forward the concept of the psychological quality, analyzes the structure of middle school students’ psychological quality, in the selection of the existing standards of inventory at the same time, also part of this study was developed for middle school students psychological quality measurement tools; Using variance analysis, correlation analysis and independent sample t-test statistical method research to investigate the relationship between the junior middle school students psychological quality and academic achievement. For Tibetan junior high school students psychological quality education and the improvement of academic performance to provide theoretical support and beneficial enlightenment, at the same time is conducive to the development of national education to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of quality education. After comparison and analysis, the final results and the main conclusions are:First, cognitive factors(reasoning ability, memory ability), non-cognitive factors(academic self-efficacy, perceived social support degree) and academic achievement were significant correlation.Second, the reform of the different modes of teaching, academic results of students with psychological quality vary. Whether cognitive factors psychological quality or non-cognitive factors, students have very significant differences between three kinds of mode, in which A model student, compared with other two kinds of patterns still exist obvious advantages.Third, under the Teaching Reform A total student achievement levels were significantly better than the other two models, the difference reached a significant level(P <0.01), and this advantage can still reflect on each subject only branch grade, the continued with it, advancing the psychological quality education systematically, implementation is closely related to the effective and efficient method of teaching reform.Fourth, the gender differences in academic performance is also very significant, and reached a significant level. Regardless of the total academic achievement, or single subject results, the girls are better than boys.Fifth, there exists significant difference among different academic level of the students’ psychological quality. Trends of reasoning ability, memory ability, academic self-efficacy and perceived social support were shown excellent academic degree level> in the academic level> poor level of academic. In other words, the level of each factor higher mental qualities, academic performance also will be high. |
