Multi-angle Analysis Of The Concession Conjunctive Components "Chengran、Guran、Suiran" In Discourse

This paper aims to research the concession conjunctive components in the discourse of Modern Chinese,considering "Chengran","Guran"、"Suiran"as the main objects.It reveals the development and evolution about semantics and synatactic function of them from a diachronic perspective,then study the features of them in disco use from a common perspective,comparing the differences,in order to provide a basis for Teaching Chinese as a second language and Chinese Informaion Processing.Besides the preface and conclusion,this paper is divided into four parts.The preface shows the question and the significance of the topic,summarises the research status,introduces the goal,the content,the method of the study and the source of the examples.Chapter2analyzes the semantics and the evolvement process of the three words,obtaining the sequnencing about the degree of grammaticalization.In addition,summaring the reason and the mechaisms about grammaticalization,including syntactic mechaism,cognitive psychological mechaism,semantic mechaism and pragmatic mechaism.Chapter3analyzes the distribution in discourse of the three words,including the position distribution and the writing style distribution.They are very flexible in discourse,they can also shift freely.After translocation,they have five changes.We mainly investigation the distribution in spoken language and written language.In oral language,"Suiran" has the highest frequency,after is "Guran","Chengran" is the least.In written language,comparing to itselves,"Chengran" has the highest proportion in scientific style,"Guran" has the highest proportion in news style,"Suiran" has the highest proportion in literary genres.Chapter4analyzes cohesion in discourse of the three words. We discovered that the Linguistic units of them is abundant.We also analyszes the relationships about semantic of them as mentioned in the former item and the latter item,and genralizes the complete structure model and the abbreviation structure model in different context.Besides,the way of cohesion is mainly lexical cohesion,including reiteration and collocation.Reiteraion has two kinds:the same word and the near-synonym word.Collcation can appear with all kinds of adverbs and all kinds of conjuctions.Chapters analyzes the fuction of pragmatics and discourse.The former includes transferring information,expressing focus and evaluationing subjectively.The latter includes triggering presuppositon,the effect of conversational simulation and the utterance’s mark.
