The Study Of Wulan Town Of Qinghai Province Mongolian People’s Names

This thesis takes5832names of Mongolian people from Wulan of HaiXi town in Qinghai province as research object, guided in theory by general linguistic. And this paper applies comparative method and statistics, expounding the basic features of local Mongolian people’s names. The whole paper is consisted of six parts of introduction、the first chapter、the second chapter、the third chapte、the conclusion and bibliography.The introduction briefly introduces the importance of the subject、 present research situation、research aim、research method、research scale and material resource. In the first chapter, the author elaborates the significance and nature of names. In the second chapter, the author expounds the features of Mongolians from Wulan of Qinghai province and their names.In the third chapter, the author analyses the names of Mongolians in Wulan of Qinhai province from the angle of age feature, analyzing the names of people born in four different periods, ante liberal、from early time after liberation to beginning of "culture revolution"、from end of "culture revolution "to beginning of21Century. Bashed on these, the author expounds the time feature of names in distinctive periods. When it comes to the conclusion, the author gathers the features of names of Mongolian people from Wulan town of Qinhai province.
