Chinese characters, as the writing symbol to record Chinese, has played an important role in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. However, characters-teaching has always been the difficulty and weak point. Since the bias analysis theory was introduced to the Teaching Chinese as a foreign language, there have been a large number of research achievements which played a significant role in promoting the development of Teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Foreign Students’ Writing Errors are always universal and lasts for a long-term which reflected the cognitive processes of Chinese characters and recorded their awareness trajectory of Chinese characters. It helps us to look into Chinese characters teaching in a totally new angle and provides us a wealth of material. For that reason, it is necessary to do a research on students Writing Errors and do it in a comprehensive and systematic way, aimed at providing some ideas and specific suggestion for teaching Chinese as a foreign language, especially Chinese characters-teaching. The paper uses the Chinese noumenon, the teaching of Chinese characters and error analysis theory as the methods. After the investigation, statistics and analysis on the basis of errors in the homework and papers of128Mongolian students from Inner Mongolian Normal University, the thesis try to explore the reasons for the various types of errors and then puts forward the countermeasures of teaching.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction to introduce the reason to select the topic, the current situation related to the topic, the scope of this corpus, the survey target, bias definition and research methods. The second part is to analyze the type of the Mongolia Students’ Writing Errors. The third part is to analyze the reason of forming these errors. The fourth part presents the suggestion of writing course of Chinese character for the Mongolian students. The fifth part, as the conclusion part, emphasizes that International. Students’ Writing course should follow the character-teaching principle and systematic teaching principle. It also pointed out that there are some shortcomings of the paper.
