In recent years, the research into Chinese teaching for foreigners hasextended from the phonetic, lexical and grammatical level to the textual level,and at the same time the learning patterns of foreign students learning Chinesetext has gradually aroused attention. Relatively speaking, the study ofMongolia students in this field is much less, not to mention Chinese textcohesion and coherence error analysis.This thesis deals with the Inner Mongolia Normal University, InnerMongolia University College of Intercultural Communications College,International Education College, Inner Mongolia Hohhot City NationalExperimental School and Inner Mongolia Erenhot City InternationalLanguage School of120intermediate level students’ Mongolian compositionson textual cohesion and coherence of the error statistics, analysis. Based onlinguistic theoretical research, using statistical data, error analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods.This paper examines its grammatical cohesion and coherence error types,gather statistics about cohesion and coherence of error types of thedistribution in the overall errors in the existing corpus, described thecharacteristics of distribution, and conclude the error characteristics. Researchshows that, the error distribution has two characteristics, they aremalconformation and "fossilization", errors concentrate on connecting parts,while the Cohesive Errors is mainly manifested in the coordinator, ellipsis andanaphora, and coordinator of error and omission bias is particularly prominent.However, there are three main reasons for these discourse errors: learningstrategies interference, interlingual interference, the insufficiency of teachingmaterial and teaching process.The author combines theory with teachingpractice, according to the present situation of Mongolian students Chinesewriting text teaching, puts forward some improvement and teachingsuggestions in teachers, teaching strategy and teaching material construction and provide some reference.
