This paper selects different stages of south Korean students Chinese characters written corpora. From the composition of dynamic corpus and the dictation and assignments of the south Korean students at ordinary times,I analyze the subjective and objective reasons of the errors.According to the characteristics of the different stages of the south Korean students writing errors, put forward the corresponding teaching suggestions to make efforts for international students to reduce the writing errors.Through the statistical analysis,I found that the primary stage of south Korean students Chinese writing errors is primarily a typo, ghost word less. Stoke in misprint problems lead to the largest number of errors, which shows up in the confusion between the number of strokes and stroke similarities. So the primary stage to strengthen the training of the students knowledge of basic strokes is very necessary. To the senior stage, the south Korean students presents different characteristics at the writing of Chinese characters.Typo is still the highest proportion. In addition to stroke problem is outstanding, parts problem caused by the errors of proportion is also very big.Relative to the primary stage, intermediate stage of south Korean students writing ghost word ratio increases, and the ghost word type is also more diverse. In addition to the above mentioned typos and ghost word, influenced by negative transfer of mother tongue,South Korean students write a lot of traditional Chinese characters inthe process of writing of Chinese characters. In order to avoid this errors, teachers should strengthen the Chinese character contrast and raise the student good habits of learning Chinese characters.
