| Jin Renshun, the Korean Chinese female writer0f1970s, has been known and standsout for her novels on Korean Chinese as well as her special writing style——thecombination of calm and beauty. This dissertation aims to show how the writer conveysherself and her opinions of the world by analyzing her combination of calm and beautyfrom two aspects. One aspect is focusing on the themes, the other one is focusing on theforms.This dissertation contains five parts. The first part is introduction, introducing theresearch status on her works in China and my dissertation’s values. The second partfocuses on the first typical characteristics of her novels——calm and emotional restraint,analyzing both from the themes and the forms. The third part is about the second typicalcharacteristics of her novels——beauty of forms and female characters. The fourth partprobes into the combination of calm and beauty, making a further research on the aestheticeffects. The last part is conclusion, summarizing the whole dissertation. |
