Clinical Investigation About The Effects Of Replenishing Liver-Yin And Gentling Liver-Yang For Chronic Cholecystitis Of Deficiency Of Liver-Yin

Objective To observe the clinical effects of replenishing liver-YIN and gentlingliver-YANG in the treatment of Chronic Cholecystitis.And to discuss the advantage andmechanism of traditional Chinese medicine to the treatment of Chronic Cholecystitis.Method 120 patients were randomly allocated to control group (60 cases treated byAnethol trithione pill for 4weeks) and therapy group (60cases treated by the RouganlidanGranule for 4weeks).4 weeks is regarded as one course,and after one course to compare theclinical curative effect.Result There were no differences in age,sex,course of diseases and clinicalsymptoms(besides abdominal distension) between two groups before treatment (P＞0.05) .After treatment, clinical symptoms of both of the two groups have statisticssignificance difference to clinical symptoms before treatment.But there is no statisticsdifference of the the clinical curative effect afer treatment between the two groups.Discussion The study suggested that Rouganlidan Granule and the therapeuticmethod of replenishing liver-YIN andgentling liver-YANG were ffective and safetyin the treatment of Chronic Cholecystitis.
