Observe The Efficacy And Safty Of Jiuwei Qianghuo Soft Capsula In Treating Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect and safety of Jiuwei Qianghuo soft capsula onupper respiratory tract infection which belongs to chilly coldMETHODS: This is a double-blind, randomized, controlled trial. The clinical data basedon 48 cases ,which were divided into treatment group and control group ,and each of themincluded 24 cases。Cases were validated by statistic methods (P＞0.05),which have nodistinct differences and were comparable. The patients in treatment group took JiuweiQianghuo soft capsula The patients in control group took Jiuwei Qianghuo concentratedpill .In course of the experimentation could not take other Chinese herbal medicine, eachkind of antibiotics, febrifuge or anodyne, and etc, which might be influence the curativeeffect evaluation of the drugs.RESULTS: The percentage of synthesis curative effect in treatment group was 90.91%;and91.67% in control group. The percentage of Chinese tradition medical syndrome curativeeffect in treatment group was95.45%;and 91.67% in control group.The results show nosignificance statistical difference between two groups (P＞0.05).CONCLUSlON:Jiuwei Qianghuo soft capsula and Jiuwei Qianghuo concentrated pill havethe same effects in treating upper respiratory tract infection.
