Objective:Investigation of upper respiratory tract infection in patients withclinical risk factors, the analysis of pathogenic microorganisms, human physical andnatural environment of the three upper respiratory tract infection morbidity, and the"Golden Chamber" incidence Thought interpretation exogenous pathogenspathogenicdiagnosis and treatment to provide further ideas.Methods:1. Shanxi Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of ShanxiMedical College Hospital as an investigation unit to collect the cases, the survey wasconducted in February2011-2012in January, according to research group produceda dedicated questionnaire, collect flu patients in the respiratory department onoutpatient and inpatientThe cases of a total of105copies. Collate informationthrough cases of upper respiratory tract infection in patients in clinical collection, creating databases, statistical analysis, seasonal incidence, age of onset, past medicalhistory and physical type of upper respiratory tract infection predisposing factorsresearch, looking for upper respiratory tract infection incidence relevant factors.Serologic assays before and after the treatment of105patients,42patients metinclusion criteria patients two serum samples extracted a total of84copies ofadenovirus (ADV) enzyme-linked immunosorbent experimental adenovirus throughthe patients before and after treatment number of comparative analysis, the study ofvirus invasion of the incidence of the flu, and to analyze the relationship betweenviruses and other risk factors. Results: The survey found that:1General:1.1age of onset of mainlymiddle-aged;1.2Seasonal incidence is more common in autumn and winter;1.3Climate change is a major cause of the flu;1.4a body type in a calm quality, followedbyphlegm;1.5past history, no history-based;1.6personal history of non-smokingpatients;1.7onset syndromes wind-heat syndrome.2risk factors correlation analysisfound that:2.1between the onset of the syndrome and physical sense has nothing todo;2.2on the incidence of flu syndrome and in different seasons between interrelated;2.3on the sense of the incidence of syndromes and age group between interrelated. The content of the flu patients before and after adenovirus was statistically significant. Conclusion:The incidence of upper respiratory tract infection in the researchconfirmed by the environment and climate, the body ages, viruses and other factorscombined effect of the discordant effect due to the above factors. Abnormal climatechange, the decline in the body’s own defense capabilities, the air or the body’srespiratory viruses exist are caused by exogenous development of the disease. Provideanti-viral methods for the treatment of upper respiratory tract infections in theclinical reference ideas.
