| Objective:To investigate TCM herbal formula"TangXinTong"the clinical effect for the treatment Coronary heart disease in setting of Diabetes mellitus, and the effect of integration of TCM and western medicine clinical protocol for the treatment Coronary heart disease in setting of Diabetes mellitus.Methods:According to the RCT method, a total of 142 patients who met these criteria were divided into two groups,71 for treatment group(basic treatment+TCM herbal formula"TangXinTong") and 71 for control group(basic treatment), treatment and follow-up of 6 months. To observe the changes of the patient with Coronary heart disease in setting of Diabetes mellitus of the symptom of AP (angina pectoris)and TCM (tradition Chinese medicine), glycosylated hemoglobin, and blood lipid levels, electrocardiogram(ECG) and observed adverse drug reactions and the frequency of other complementation and the influence of TCM herbal formula "TangXinTong" on the indexes.Results:basic treatment with TCM herbal formula"TangXinTong"for the treatment Coronary heart disease in setting of Diabetes mellitus of stable angina with patients, the effect rate of Chinese medicine syndromes、the effect rate of angina and the change of ECG effect rate were obvious, Compared with control group, it had statistical significance (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the treatment group had an improved result in glycosylated hemoglobin, and blood lipid levels, compared with control group had statistical significance (P<0.05).It shows that basic treatment with TCM herbal formula"TangXinTong"has an evident treatment effect for Coronary heart disease in setting of Diabetes mellitus.Conclusions:basic treatment with TCM herbal formula’ TangXinTong"can effectively improve Coronary heart disease in setting of Diabetes mellitus in clinical symptoms, correct disturbances in lipid metabolism, glycosylated hemoglobin. TCM and western medicine clinical protocol for the treatment Coronary heart disease in setting of Diabetes mellitus is effective and applicable. |
