Da Huang Fu Fang Sausage Treat Chronic Renal Failure Study Of Clinial

Objective:The goal of this clinical experiment is to probe the mechanism andtherapeutic effect of da huang fu fang retain sausage on treating chronic renal failure(CRF).In order to provide the scientific basis for its clinic application.Methods: 60 patients fitting for chronic renal failure (CRF) criterion were randomlydivided into 2 groups. Each group is 30 cases. On the base the observing group took dahuang fu fang retain sausage, the control group maintain therapy according with normalmedical remedy and did not retain sausage. The Course of treatment is 2 weeks and observe1 course continuously. Before and after experiment, we assayed the patient’s BUN、Scr、Ccr、RBC、Hb and blood AST、ALT, recorded the change of patient’s clinical symptomsand signs.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the observing group were better than controlgroup(P＜0.05). (2)In the observing group, the effective rate of ressesion period was 90%,unfull period was 70%, three were signifigant differences between two groups(P＜0.05), theeffective rate of, the uremic period was 40%, three were no signifigant difference betweentwo groups(P＞0.05), which indicated that the observing group had the best effect inressesion period, poor in unfull period, less in uremic period. (3)The effective rate of theobserving group in the Qi-deficiency spleep and kidney type was 67%, higher than thecontrol group 50%, there was significant difference between two groups(P＜0.05), whichindicated that the observing group had good effect on Chronic renal failure. There were noteffective conclusions in other types, because there were not enough cases. (4)The observinggroup is superior to control group at renal function, decreasing BUN、Scr and increasingCcr. Its effect was better than control group (P＜0.05). (5)There was no significantdifference in RBC、Hb、AST、ALT between before and behind treatments on bothgroups(P＞0.05), which indicated that both groups had no effect in RBC、Hb、AST、ALT.(6)There was significant difference in total scores improving the symptoms between beforeand behind treatments of the two groups(P＜0.05), the therapeutic group had better effectthan the control group such as fatigue, poor appetite, nauseated, backache and dry stool, butless effect on ugly face, which indicated that zhongyao retain sausage was liable to improving the symptoms.Conclusion:After clinical observation, we find da huang fu fang had good effect onthe Qi-deficiency spleep and kidney type, it can improve the symptoms and signs and it canprolong the deterioration of kidney function, it has high value low price convenient use andreliably effective. The curative effect of ression period is the best, unfull period the second,uremic period not so good.
