1Objective(1) Observe hyperplasia of mammary gland disease sex hormones (estradiol E2,progesterone P, prolactin PRL and luteinizing hormone LH), the change of immuneindex, and Lixiangxiaohe particle influence on sex hormones and T cell subsets,Lixiangxiaohe particles mechanism are discussed.(2) Observation of clinical efficacy of Jieyu Sanjie, regulating Chong and Renefficacy of Lixiangxiaohe particles in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasiapatients.2MethodsWill be included in the standard of70patients with hyperplasia of mammary glandswere randomly divided into treatment group35cases and control group35cases,in theobservation process according to the ruled out standardt treatment group fall off in5cases, control group off7cases, eventually into the group of30cases of treatmentgroup, control group into the group of28cases; The other12cases of healthy group.Treatment group given Lixiangxiaohe particles, the control group given Rujiling capsule,and determine the relevant indicators for healthy people.(1) Clinical curative effect evaluation:1) Observe TCM syndrome score and the clinical curative effect before and after thetreatment.2) Vivid color doppler ultrasonic diagnostic instrument testing of mammary gland,observing ultrasonic classification change before and after the treatment.(2) Chemiluminescence method for the determination of serum estradiol (E2),progesterone (P), prolactin (PRL), luteinizing hormone (LH) level,before treatment,each tested once after2months of treatment.(3) Flow cytometry measure T cell subsets CD3, CD3+CD4+, CD3+CD8+, and theratio of CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+,before treatment, each tested once after2months of treatment.3Results(1) Clinical curative effect evaluation:1) TCM syndrome score: Before compared with before treatment, treatment and controlgroup differences were statistically significant (p<0.05), between the two groups aftertreatment compared with no statistical significance (p>0.05).Lixiangxiaohe particlestreatment mammary gland hyperplasia clinical curative effect of the total effective rateof93.33%, Rujiling capsule treatment mammary gland hyperplasia clinical curativeeffect of total effective rate was92.86%, the chi-square test, p>0.05, no statisticalsignificance.2) Clinical curative effect: Lixiangxiaohe particles treatment mammary glandhyperplasia clinical curative effect of the total effective rate of93.33%, Rujilingcapsule treatment mammary gland hyperplasia clinical curative effect of total effectiverate was92.86%, the chi-square test, p>0.05, no statistical significance.3) Ultrasonic classification comparison: Compared with before treatment, treatment andcontrol group differences were statistically significant (p<0.05), between the two groupsafter treatment compared with no statistical significance (p>0.05).(2) Sex hormone indexes:Compared with before treatment group, control group E2,PRL, E2/P no statistically significant difference (p>0.05), P, LH levels was statisticallysignificant (p<0.01); There was no statistically significant difference in treatment groupE2, PRL (p>0.05), P, LH, E2/P difference was statistically significant (p<0.05orp<0.01). Comparison between the two groups after treatment, the treatment group E2/Pratio decreased, compared with the control group (p<0.05), the difference wasstatistically significant, the rest of the indicators have no statistical significance(p>0.05).(3) Immune function: Compared with healthy group, hyperplasia of mammaryglandspatients before treatment of CD3+CD4+and CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.01). Compared with before treatment group, control group and treatment group of CD3+CD4+andCD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+rise had statistical significance (p<0.05), CD3,CD3+CD8+content change has no statistical significance (p>0.05). Comparison between the twogroups after treatment, there was no statistically significant difference (p>0.05).4Conclusions(1) Lixiangxiaohe particles can significantly improve the clinical symptoms ofmammary gland hyperplasia patients, lower grade of breast ultrasound, improve theclinical curative effect of mammary gland hyperplasia treatment.(2) CD3+CD4+and CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+lower levels, shows thatpatients ofhyperplasia of mammary exist low immune function and immune disorders.(3) Lixiangxiaohe particles in a certain extent can improve sex hormone levels andimmunological indexes in patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland disease hasadjust endocrine and immune function.(4) Has Jieyu Sanjie, regulating Chong and Ren efficacy of Lixiangxiaohe particles ofmammary gland hyperplasia patients are many, many ways of adjusting the mechanismmay be related to adjust the sex hormone levels and immune function, clinical utilityand Rujiling capsule.
