Fumigation Treatment With Chinese Medicine Acupotomology Painful Heel Syndrome Clinical Observation

Objective:Described the painful heel syndrome of recent research and progress.Through the needle knife with acupuncture and Herbal Fumigation and fumigation treatment contrast,observe the results of evaluation of efficacy of needle-knife therapy for the treatment of painful heel syndrome with the mechanism and clinical efficacy for the clinical wide to provide a basis to promote this method.Methods:A randomized clinical trial principles,would be in line with the standard of the patients were randomly divided into two groups namely, treatment group 30 cases,the use of needle-knife therapy with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation;30 cases of the control group,using the acupuncture of fumigation treatment with Chinese medicine;were treated in accordance with the treatment,after treatment to determine treatment.Choice of clinical symptom score and observe the results of statistical treatment, reach aconclusion.Results:The needle-knife therapy with traditional Chinese medicine in general fumigation 93% efficient,closed fumigation treatment with Chinese medicine there are always 70 percent efficiency,and between the two groups compared the overall effect P<0.05,significant difference between the two groups,needle-knife therapy with traditional Chinese medicine in general fumigation more effective than the acupuncture of fumigation treatment with Chinese medicine;significant difference between the two groups, needle-knife therapy fumigation with the overall effect of Chinese medicine is better than the control group therapy,to improve the patients at the same time ease the pain,swelling and action dysfunction are better than the control group。Conclusion:1.Needle-knife therapy fumigation treatment in improving the painful heel syndrome patients with pain,swelling,and action dysfunction were significant obstacles to effective. 2.Needle-knife therapy fumigation with traditional Chinese medieine of painful heel syndrome is better than the acupuncture therapy fumigation with traditional Chinese medieine.3.Needle-knife therapy with both the role of complementary fumigation, both with the effect of stability have Minimally invasive,convenient,short course,quick,economical and practical,many features,Such treatments are easy to patients,and has good curative effect,a bright future.
