The Efficacy Of Laparoscopic Bladdeconstr Horn Technique In Treatment Of Long-distance Lower Ureteral Stenosis (with10Cases Report)

Objective To explore the efficacy of laparoscopic bladdeconstr horn technique in treatment of long-distance lower ureteral stenosis. Methods Laparoscopic bladdeconstr horn technique was used to treat10patients suffering long-distance lower ureteral stenosis in our center from September2008to May2013. We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of these patients. Of them,6cases are male,4cases are female,14-65years old (Average40y). The length of stenosis segment is from4cm to6cm (Average5cm). The patients were underwent laparoscopic bladdeconstr horn technique operation and D-J tube was used for2-3months after the operation.Results All10cases were successful operated. Operative time120～180min, average126min; bleeding30～150ml, average64ml; postoperative hospitalization7～14days, average9.4days; The D-J tube were removed after2～3months and CT, Urinary tract ultrasonography were carried out after6months and12months of the operation. The results showed that the patients’ hydronephrosis was remarkable reduced compared with the preoperative.Conclusion Laparoscopic bladdeconstr horn technique is a effective minimally method to treat long-distance lower ureteral stenosis with advantages of smaller trauma, quicker recovery and shorter hospital stay.
