Objective:To investigate the clinical features of severe acute pancreatitis, differential diagnosis, diagnostic criteria and treatment methods.Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data in patients with acute pancreatitis, combined with literature review summary.Material:A44-year-old male patient, persistent upper abdominal pain four days, with fever, nausea, and vomiting.Interventions:Implementation of the auxiliary examination laboratory, imaging, etc. in order to confirm the diagnosis, while giving anti-infective, anti-shock correcting water, electrolyte and acid-base balance disorders as well as traditional Chinese medicine.Results:Clinical symptoms, laboratory and imaging studies are suggestive of severe acute pancreatitis.Conclusions:Acute pancreatitis is relatively common in clinical practice, the higher mortality of severe acute pancreatitis, the prognosis is not good. For patients with a definite diagnosis of pancreatitis, the extent of damage to the secondary inspection by the clinical symptoms, laboratory, radiological and other assessments of the pancreas, to find the cause of damage to the pancreas, aggressive treatment to minimize damage to the body. |
