Objectives:Confirmed electroacupuncture united with locating spinal reposition to correctatlanto-axial joint disorder in treatment of cervical spinal hypertension, confirmedatlanto-axial joint disorder is a major cause of ccervical spinal hypertension, toexplore the best treatment of cervical spinal hypertension and the possible mechanismof intervention. Methods:Included in the standard90patients were randomly divided into the cervicalmassage group, locating spinal reposition treatment group and electroacupunctureunited with locating spinal reposition group,30cases each group. The massage groupto massage for cervical spinal region; locating spinal reposition group according to thepatients atlanto-axial joint disorder with signs and imaging characteristics, targeted tolocate reduction; electroacupuncture united with locating spinal reposition group ofthe patients undergoing after reconstrued treatment, in the selection of cervical regionTianzhu,Fengchi and Wangu of the bilateral to Electroacupuncture treatment. once aday or every other day for one course of treatment.3groups before and aftertreatment mercury sphygmomanometer cuff blood pressure measurement, visualanalogue scale (VAS) analysis the main of clinical symptoms, iconography (cervicalspine X-rays mouth and side slice), Powerlab8-lead polygraph analysis of heart ratevariability (HRV) and immunohistochemical detection of serum norepinephrine (NE)content changes.Result:1. Blood pressure: the electroacupuncture united with locating spinal repositiongroup and the locating spinal reposition group after treatment, the patient’s bloodpressure decreased significantly (P<0.01), comparied between the two groups wasstatistically difference (P<0.05), the massage group patients with blood pressurelowering is not obvious (P>0.05), the former two groups compared with the massage was a significant difference (P<0.01).2. Clinical symptoms: the electroacupunctureunited with locating spinal reposition group and the locating spinal reposition grouphad significant difference before and after the treatment (P<0.01), the comparisonbetween the two groups was statistically difference (P<0.05), before and aftertreatment with the massage group improved but no statistical significance (P>0.05),the front two group was significantly bested than massage group (P>0.01).3.Imaging:the electroacupuncture united with locating spinal reposition group and the locatingspinal reposition group, the total effective rate was100%after treatment.the massagegroup, the total effective rate was10%, the front two group was significantly bestedthan massage group (P>0.01).4. The levels of serum NE: the electroacupunctureunited with locating spinal reposition group significantly reduced serum levels of NEafter treatment (P<0.01), the locating spinal reposition group therapy NE contentdecreased (P<0.05), there was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Reduce is not obvious with the massage group (P>0.05), There was asignificant difference the front two groups and massage groups (P<0.01).5.HRV lowfrequency and high frequency ratio (LF/HF): the electroacupuncture united withlocating spinal reposition group significantly reduced after treatment of patients withHRV (P<0.01), the locating spinal reposition group LF/HF significantly reduced(P<0.05), there was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05). Reduceis not obvious with the massage group (P>0.05), There was a significant differencethe front two groups and massage groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:1. The electroacupuncture united with locating spinal reposition group and thelocate spinal reposition group can significantly reduce the blood pressure levels inpatients with high blood pressure, improve the main clinical symptoms, and cansignificant reduce the content of NE in serum and HRV LF/HF of cervical spinalhypertension patients. Comparison between the two groups, electroacupuncture unitedwith locate spinal reposition group was superior to locate spinal reposition group.2. The electroacupuncture united with locate spinal reposition group and the locate spinal reposition group can effective improve atlanto-axial joint disorder, canbe effective treat to the cervical spinal hypertension. Its possible mechanism isdisorder of atlanto-axial joint oppression stimulus pillow cervical spinal regionautonomic nerve, lead to autonomic nerve excitability changed, blood pressureincreased. corrected of atlanto-axial joint disorder can effective reduce the autonomicnerve excitability of cervical spinal hypertension patients.
