Clinical Observations On Differentiation Acupuncture At Well Points And Temporal Three-needle Acupuncture For Treatment Of Vascular Dementia

Objective:By observing the comparison distinguishes the well point cooperate temporal three-needle acupuncture therapy is different from pure western medicine treatment of vascular dementia clinical curative effect,to explore the clinical significance of acupuncture treatment of vascular dementia,provide more clinical basis for treatment.Methods:From the second affiliated hospital of Anhui university of Chinese me dicine clinics and encephalopathy of inpatient in60patients with confirmed diag nosis,according to the stratified randomized controlled method is divided into "we11point cooperate temporal three-needle acupuncture" group (acupuncture group) and aniracetam capsules drug group (drug group)30cases each.Two groups of pat ients were given routine drug treatment, drug group was treated with aniracetam ca psules,the acupuncture group by "the well point cooperate temporal three-needle a cupuncture" acupuncture therapy,to observe the acupuncture group and drug group before and after6weeks treatment in patients with MMSE and ADL changes,cal culating the therapeutic index,to evaluate the treatment results,the data statistical analysis,and gain results.Results:MMSE score:Acupuncture group after treatment in patients with MMSE score increased significantly,there is a very significant difference(P<0.01),treatment group patients after MMSE score,there are significant differences(P<0.05),the co mparison between groups,the score of acupuncture group was obviously higher th an that of drug group,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment the treat ment group total effective rate was93.33%;the control group total effective rate was73.33%,two groups total effective rate have significant difference after statist ics processing(P<0.05),and acupuncture treatment group is better than that of dru g group.ADL score:patient ADL scores after treatment of acupuncture group redu ced significantly,there is a very significant difference(P<0.01)and ADL scores ind uce drug group after treatment,here are significant differences(P<0.05),the compari son between groups,the score of acupuncture group was obviously loser than that of drug group,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment the treatment gro up total effective rate was90.00%;The control group total effective rate was66.66%,two groups total effective rate aft-er statistics processing have a significant difference(P<0.05),acupuncture treatment group is better than that of drug group.Conclusion:The well point cooperate temporal three-needle acupuncture therap-y can significantly improve cognitive function in patients,improve the ability of pa tients daily life,the curative effect. the well point cooperate temporal three-needle acupuncture therapy in improving the patients’cognitive function,improve the abil ity of daily life is better than aniracetam capsules drug group,it is an exactly and effectively treatment method of treatment.
