Related Well Point Acupuncture Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Vascular Cognitive Impairment

Objective: by observing the related well point acupuncture therapy in patients withvascular cognitive impairment of the three major rating scale and the influence of TCMsymptoms and comparing with control group, for a variety of clinical patients withvascular cognitive impairment to find more effective treatments, which offers a newmethod for prevention and control of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion relateddiseases and the research train of thought.Methods:1. The group:72VCI diagnosis cases, by the simple random method, dividedinto well point acupuncture group (acupuncture group), oral nim horizon treatmentgroup (drugs).2.1-1.5inches filiform needle acupuncture needle group related wellhole and hole, once per day, every time20minutes of retaining needle, needle six timesa week, a total of5weeks. Oral drug group nim to plain radiographs, every time30mg(a) three times a day, a total of five weeks.3. Before and after treatment to assess thepatients with simple intelligence scale (Mini-Mental state examinatio, MMSE),Montreal cognitive scale (Montreal cognitive assessment, MoCA) integral, daily lifeability scale (Activity of daily living, ADL) index and the core of TCM symptomobservation table to determine the efficacy of treatment.Results:1. The MMSE score: two groups after treatment were obviously improved (P <0.05); Score of acupuncture group was obviously higher than that of drug group, bothhave statistical significance (P <0.05).2. MoCA score: two groups after treatment wereobviously improved (P <0.05); Score of acupuncture group was obviously higher thanthat of drug group, both have statistical significance (P <0.05).3. The ADL scores: twogroups after treatment were obviously improved (P <0.01); Score of acupuncture groupwas obviously higher than that of drug group, both have statistical significance (P < 0.05).4. The core of TCM symptoms observation acupuncture group improvedsignificantly in the drug group (P <0.05).5. Two groups of clinical curative effectevaluation: after treatment the curative effect of acupuncture group was obviouslysuperior to drug group, with significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:1. Acupuncture curative effect is related well point treatment of VCI.2.Acupuncture related well point in improve cognitive function in VCI patients, improvethe ability of daily life and improve the clinical symptoms of TCM has significantcurative effect.3. The related well point acupuncture therapy in improving cognitivefunction in patients with VCI, improve the ability of daily life to improve clinicalsymptoms of traditional Chinese medicine is superior to nim horizon drugs, is a kind ofeffective method for the treatment of VCI.
