The Clinical Observation Based On The "Guidelines For Diagnosis And Treatment Grograms For22Professional And95Kinds Of Diseases In Chinese Medicine Symptoms" By Treating Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Objective:observing the clinical efficacy and safety of chinese medicine treatment based on the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment Grograms of22Professional and95Kinds of Diseases in Chinese Medicine Symptoms" in treating nonalcoholic fatty liver diseaseMethods:Between June2012-December2013,Select120cases of patients with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease from the Hubei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), dividing their syndrome type based on the"Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Internal Diseases in Chinese Medicine Symptoms". Divide them randomly into the treatment group and control group, the control group take basic treatment, and the treatment group take Chinese medicine. The period of treatment is4weeks, and we will determine the efficacy after3treatment. The indexes of the observation include the change of symptoms and signs by every patient, the change of TCM symptoms, laboratory parameters (liver function, index of blood lipids (TC, TG)), Color Doppler examination and the ratio of liver to spleen CTN(computed tomogratphy number)before and after the treatment, And safety index. After the observation, all the data will be used in statistical analysis,using two-sided test. Mean±standard deviation(x±s)was used to express measurement data. T test was used for measurement data,while x2test for numeration data. P<0.05means statistically significant difference, P<0.01indicating a very significant difference,while P>0.05indicates that is no significant difference.Results:①Analysis results of the comprehensive effect: The total effective rate of treatment group was91.67%, and78.33%in control group. The total effectiveness of the two group was difference (P<0.05), showing the effect in treatment group is better than control group.②Analysis results of the symptoms improve traditional chinese medicine:The symptoms improving in traditional Chinese medicine of treatment group was better than control group, existing differences on the statistical analysis.P<0.05), showing the effect in treatment group is better than control group.③Analysis results of the liver function:The ALT, AST and γ-GT of two groups were improving, it shows the difference inside before and after the treatment (P<0.05、P<.0.05). But,btween the treatment group and the control group, there is not existing differences on the statistical analysis (P>0.05).④Analysis results of the index of blood lipids (TC,TG):Before and after treatment, the treatment group had the unusual significant difference (P <0.05); The index of blood lipids (TG) improving in traditional Chinese medicine of treatment group was better than control group, existing differences on the statistical analysis(P<0.05), showing the effect in treatment group is betterthan control group,While the index of blood lipids (TC) was not existing differences on the statistical analysis(P>0.05).⑤The treatment group and the control group have a significant and better increase in the ratio of liver to spleen CTN(computed tomography number)after treatment (P<0.05), but showing the effect in treatment group is better than control group (P<0.05).⑥The treatment group and the control group have a significant and better increase in the color Doppler ultrasonography of liver after treatment (P<0.05),but showing the effect in treatment group is better than control group (P <0.05).⑦Analysis and comparison of the safety index:all the cases were judged as security.Conclusion:The chinese medicine treatment based on the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment Grograms of22Professional and95Kinds of Diseases in Chinese Medicine Symptoms" in treating decompensated cirrhosis has accurate effect in relieving clinical symptoms and TCM symptoms, recovering liver function, reducing the index of blood lipids, and liver to spleen CTN,it has the good security.
