Effect Of Professional Personalized Clinical Nursing Pathway On The Sense Of Uncertainty And Anxiety Among Patients Treated With Cerebral-vascular Disease

Objective To evaluate the effect of professional personalized clinical nursing pathway on the uncertainty and anxiety in cerebral vascular stenosis patients with interventional therapy.Method120patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and test group. The whole patients have a different level of anxiety and uncertainty. The patients with the control group were given routine health instructions. In contrast, patients with the test group give the professional personalized clinical nursing pathway besides routine health instructions. The uncertainty scale and anxiety at4time points, that is the first day in hospital, night before the operation,24hours after the operation and the day of leaving hospital were studied.Result1. Both the control group and test group had significantly high anxiety and uncertainty in the day of admission, the results suggests that the patients have high anxiety and uncertainty.2. The levels of anxiety at different time (night before the operation,24hours after the operation and the day of discharge were significantly lower in test group than those in the control group. The results suggests that the Professional personalized clinical nursing path plays an important role in reducing anxiety.3. The levels of uncertainty at different time (night before the operation,24hours after the operation and the day of leaving discharge were significantly lower in test group than those in the control group, the results indicate that the Professional personalized clinical nursing path can help decrease uncertainty. 4The level of anxiety in patients with cerebral vascular stenosis patients with interventional therapy were mainly had a significant relationship with age sex and uncertainty.Conclusions Professional personalized clinical nursing pathway play an important role in decreasing uncertainty and anxiety in cerebral vascular stenosis patients with interventional therapy.
