Effect Of Minding Map Health Education On Improving The Disease Uncertainty And Anxiety Of Breast Cancer

Objective: Explore the intervention effect of minding map health education on the levels of uncertainty,depression and anxiety of mammary cancer patients.Method: Select 94 research objects which only 86 objects are treated as final research objects,from the mammary cancer patients who were in hospital in the thyroid and breast surgery department of the first affiliated hospital of guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2017 to December 2017.Thereinto,43 objects are experimental group and the other 43 objects are matched group.Intervention group is under regular education.Meanwhile,it is given intervention about minding map health education pathway for perioperative period.The contents include pre-surgery education,postoperative guidance,re-healthy training,guidance of chemotherapy and discharge guidance in preoperative 1 day(base line),postoperative 2-3 days,postoperative 4-7days,postoperative 8-10 days and leaving hospital.Matched group is given regular health education guidance.Evaluate the levels of uncertainty,depression and anxiety of the patients from two groups in postoperative 8 days and leaving hospital after base line survey.Result:(1)Results show that disease uncertainty score decreases with time and the difference has statistical significance(F=38.438,P<0.001).After intervention,decreasing tendency of disease uncertainty score in intervention group is faster than it in matched group,and the difference has statistical significance(F=3.517,P<0.050).The difference between disease uncertainty score in two groups has statistical significance(F=19.936,P<0.001).In the base line(F=0.036,P>0.05),The difference of disease uncertainty score does not have statistical significance.Disease uncertainty score in intervention group is less than it in matched group in postoperative 8 days(F=11.041,P<0.001)and leaving hospital(F=18.887,P<0.005).So the difference has statistical significance.(2)Results show that the scores of uncertainty dimension(F=25.835,P<0.001)and complexity dimension(F=9.264,P<0.001)decrease with time,and the difference has statistical significance.After intervention,the decreasing tendency of the scores of uncertainty dimension(F=6.912,P<0.050)and complexity dimension(F=4.357,P<0.050)about the disease uncertainty in intervention group is faster than it in matched group,and the difference has statistical significance.Meanwhile,according to the MANOVA result,the difference between the scores of uncertainty dimension(F=5.299,P<0.05)and complexity dimension(F=7.489,P<0.05)in two groups has statistical significance.But in base line,the difference between the scores of uncertainty dimension(F=0.018,P>0.050)and complexity dimension(F=0.017,P>0.05)in two groups does not have statistical significance.In postoperative 8 days and leaving hospital,the scores of uncertainty dimension and complexity dimension in intervention group are less than them in matched group and the difference has statistical significance.(3)Results show that anxiety score reduces with time and the difference has statistical significance(F=41.073,P<0.001).After intervention,the tendency of anxiety score in intervention group is faster than it in matched group and the difference has statistical significance(F=4.631,P<0.050).Meanwhile,according to the MANOVA result,the difference between anxiety scores in two groups has statistical significance(F= 10.485,P<0.050).In base line(F=0.005,P>0.05)and postoperative 8 days(F=2.439,P>0.05),the difference about anxiety scores does not have statistical significance.When leaving hospital,the anxiety score in intervention group is less than it in matched group and the difference has statistical significance(F=23.154,P<0.001).(4)Results show that depression score reduces with time and the difference has statistical significance(F=24.947,P<0.001.After intervention,the tendency of depression score in intervention group is faster than it in matched group and the difference has statistical significance(F=3.614,P<0.05).Meanwhile,according to the MANOVA result,the difference between depression scores in two groups has statistical significance(F=6.603,P<0.05).In base line(F=0.038,P>0.05)and postoperative 8 days(F=2.949,P>0.05),the difference about anxiety scores does not have statistical significance.When leaving hospital,the anxiety score in intervention group is less than it in matched group and the difference has statistical significance(F=9.791,P<0.050).Conclusion: Minding map health education pathway can reduce the level of disease uncertainty,depression and anxiety of breast cancer in perioperative period,providing an effective mnemonic tool,giving medical works a thinking method.Minding map health education model can be treated as a systematic health education method to promote both physical and mental health of breast cancer.It is worth of popularizing and applying.
