[Background for this research]Lung cancer is a common malignancy in the world today, the human leading cause of death from cancer, a serious threat to human health and life. Lung cancer including non-small cell lung cancer (squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, adenosquamous Squamous cell carcinoma) and small cell lung cancer, including primary non-small cell lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC) About80%of the total number of lung cancer, non-small cell lung cancer is a common clinical malignancy.[Objective]To explore the curative effect of treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer using ginsenoside in combination with gemcitabine hydrochloride and cisplatin (GP) chemotherapy clinically.[Methods]Extracted100patients who were in the period of Illb-IV non-small cell lung cancer and used GP program of chemotherapy randomly, including43people who used pure GP chemotherapy and57people who used ginsenoside combined GP chemotherapy.Recorded the CEA, NSE and lesion size changes of patients who were before treatment and after two cycles of treatment respectively, in order to compare the curative effect of combination with pure GP package,to analysis index difference of adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinomas and gland scale cancer in the combination group, to study whether there was curative difference between different pathological types.[Results]After treatment, the CEA and NSE groups’value was significantly reduced, and the lesion size decreased significantly (<0.05). CEA, NSE and lesions degree of combination groups decreased more significantly than simple GP solutions group(<0.05).Through the pathological classification comparison of the joint group, there was no obvious difference between the CEA, NSE and the lesion reduction degree of three groups(>0.05).[Conclusion]...
