Background:Stroke is a relatively common clinical disease. According to the report about the work progress of stroke prevention released in2013, in china, the prevalence of stroke has reached1.82%in2012, there are10.36million people who is over the age of40had stroke. The stroke prevalence is continued increasing at a alarming rate from1986to2012, with an average growth rate of7.6%per annum. According to the Third National Sample Survey of death, stroke is the first cause of death in China, beyond the cardiovascular disease. The rapid economic development, the aging of population, people’s lifestyles change, the accelerated pace of life, the increase of mental stress, reduced physical activity is related to its high incidence. Stroke seriously influence peoples life and health with high morbidity, mortality and disability, and cause huge economic loss for individual, family and society.Vitamin D is one of the essential nutrients in the body, which play an important role in human metabolism. It is not only involved in the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in the human body, but also participate in the pathophysiological processes of other inflammatory reactions and glucose and lipid metabolism in the human body. In recent years, many experimental results showed that:Vitamin D plays an important role in the stroke process. It can inhibit the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle and vascular calcification, reduce Proinflammatory cytokine and increases anti-inflammatory factor. Vitamin D plays a negative endocrine regulation in renin-angiotensin system. However, acute stroke patients have many complications, such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, hyperlipidemia, smoking, alcohol consumption, Hyperhomocysteinemia and any more, which also affect the serum25-hydroxyvitamin D levels. At present, the investigation of serum25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in acute stroke patients is rarely. Global similar study was carried out, does the influence factors of serum25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in acute stroke patients have similarity between the West and china? Does there have other influence factors? These are worthy of further exploration. In addition, it can effectively improve insulin resistance, impact on the patient’s blood lipids. One of abnormal lipid metabolism in patients with acute stroke is also common risk factors for stroke treatment process, we need to actively correct the lipid metabolism, stabilize atherosclerotic plaques, progress and prevent stroke recurrence and improve survival and quality of life of patients.Influencing factors and effects on blood lipids in patients with acute stroke on clinical investigation of serum25-hydroxy vitamin D levels, vitamin D deficiency understand people raised in the pathogenesis of acute stroke is particularly important. Objective:To investigate the factors affecting serum25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in patients with acute stroke, and its impact on blood lipids were analyzed. Methods:neurology hospital data from104patients with acute stroke1January2013to January2014were analyzed admitted, male57, female47cases, aged37-86years, mean age (65.98±11.92years). Health care workers to patients detailed history, comprehensive physical examination, collect patient’s gender, age, risk factors for stroke combined daily diet, vitamin D, calcium supplements are usually drugs, carried NIHSS score at admission. Improve the relevant tests and laboratory examinations, collecting kidney function, blood lipids, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, serum homocysteine. The patient’s serum25-hydroxy vitamin D levels were electrochemiluminescence. Results:acute stroke patients, serum25-hydroxyvitamin D levels for men than women, patients with diabetes lower serum25-hydroxy vitamin D levels, have adverse serum25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in patients with addiction of smoking and alcohol compared low, NIHSS score>6points lower serum25-hydroxy vitamin D levels, vitamin D serum calcium higher25-hydroxyvitamin D levels. Age (<60years,60-75years,>75years), whether hypertension, heart disease (coronary artery disease, rheumatic heart disease), previous history of stroke if there is, whether diet rich in vitamin D, serum25hydroxy vitamin D levels affect not statistically significant (P≥0.05). Conclusions:Acute stroke patients vitamin D deficiency is more common (71.2%); male patients without diabetes, no smoking and alcohol habit by taking the patient’s serum calcium vitamin D25-hydroxy vitamin D levels higher, while the severe neurological deficits were lower (NIHSS score≥6points) of serum25-hydroxy vitamin D levels.Vitamin D levels and NIHSS score, total cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, very low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein showed a negative correlation. With age, eGFR, cystatin C, albumin, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, blood homocysteine irrelevant.
