Analysis Of Recurrent Acute Pancreatitis Clinical Characteristics And The Causes Of Recurrence

Objective: To explore the etiology and recurrent features of recurrentacute pancreatitis（RAP），in order to improve the level of diagnosis andtreatment of RAP.Methods: Retrospective analysis a total of5years1017cases of acutepancreatitis （AP） of the First Affiliated Hospital of GuangXi MedicalUniversity from2009January to2013December. Collecting，recording andsorting the clinical data of103patients of RAP according to age，gender，recurrence rate，recurrence times，complications and clinical characteristics andso on. Making a comparison to clinical features and etiology with914patientsof the primary acute pancreatitis at the same period.Results: the average age of RAP was50.2±17.1years old，71male，32female，The age was mainly from30to59years old；The recurrence times ofRAP was1~13times，The average recurrence time of RAP was2times，therecurrence rate was10.1%；Most of the recurrence interval time had been in2years；SAP patients of RAP mainly attacked once，and RAP was moreseverity than the primary acute pancreatitis； The serum concentration of glycerin trilaurate of hyperlipidemic RAP was higher than the primary acutepancreatitis （P<0.05)； the average time of RAP from pathogenesis tohospitalization was longer than the primary acute pancreatitis（P<0.05)，Theaverage time of hospital in stay was longer than the primary acute pancreatitis（P<0.05)，The average time of abdominal pain disappeared after admissionwas shorter than the primary acute pancreatitis（P<0.05)，and the average timeof attack was not different（P>0.05)；Therapy mainly included medicine，ERCPand operation；the two was not different in complications between RAP and theprimary acute pancreatitis； The mainly causes of RAP were biliary，hyperlipidemia，alcoholic，idiopathic，other special factors. but at the same timethe mainly two causes of the primary acute pancreatitis was biliary. Alcoholic；The primary reason to SAP of RAP was hyperlipidemia；Alcoholic factor ofRAP in male was higher than that of women；The prognosis of RAP：90caseswere cured，211cases were improved，1case died.Conclusions：The recurrence of RAP concentrates in middle-young maleadults，the clear diagnosis and treatment in two years can reduce theirrecurrence in larger range；Biliary and hyperlipidemic to RAP is the mainlytwo causes，and the condition of hyperlipidemic is heavier.
