Objective:1,100cases of COPD patients were explored interleukin4(IL-4) gene promoterregion single-nucleotide-33C/T, interleukin-6(IL-6) gene promoter region-572C/GMulti-normality (SNPs) associated with susceptibility to chronic obstructivepulmonary disease (COPD).2, to explore whether the extent of the impact of smoking in patients with COPDIL-4, IL-6gene polymorphism. Methods:A case-control study designed to Bethune First Hospital of Jilin University,Department of Respiratory Medicine2013-2014hospitalized patients with COPDunrelated case group and the control group in the same time period selected BethuneFirst Hospital of Jilin University, health examination center without medicalexamination healthy population kinship, age-matched. Two groups of patientsrespectively male and female, smoking, non-smoking patients with few statistics.COPD patients and normal controls collected blood samples and extract serum, allsamples were frozen at low temperatures. Patients of group collected in2007are inline with the Chinese Medical Association to develop diagnostic criteria for COPD;The same period in healthy subjects as controls. All subjects were excluded otherdiseases, such as bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, lung cancer, pulmonary fibrosis, breastsurgery and other respiratory diseases and heart disease history, after a detailedmedical history and physical examination, and chest X-ray examination andpulmonary function test. Whole blood DNA extraction kit to extract blood genomicDNA, using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR), restriction fragment digestion, combined with agarose gel electrophoresis and related imaging probe allelefrequencies. Experiments related count data rate is expressed as age, smoking indexmeasurement data using mean±standard deviation, the relevant data using the latestChinese SPSS19.0software for statistical analysis. Results:IL-4-33C/T sites do not exist100cases of COPD patients and normal subjectsbetween single nucleotide polymorphisms statistically significant difference (P>0.05),while among COPD patients and normal IL-6-572C/G single nucleotidepolymorphism loci exist significant differences (P<0.05); in COPD patients withheavy smoking and mild smokers, there is a different degree of smoking-induced IL-4-33C/T allelic differences (P>0.05), and for IL-6-572C/G allele, there wassignificant difference (P <0.05) COPD patients with heavy smoking and mild smoke.Conclusion:1, IL-4-33C/T sites such groups may not be a candidate gene for COPDprevalence.2, IL-6-572C/G gene polymorphisms are associated with COPD pathogenesis.3, the degree of smoking and IL-6-572C/G single nucleotide polymorphism hassome relevance, but with the single nucleotide IL-4-33C/T polymorphism unrelatedsites.
