Background:The knee is the largest and most complex joints in the body, by inside andoutside of leg joints and patellar joint. Inside knee cruciate ligament and thelateral meniscus within the important structure, such as complex structure joint, and weight and exercise more, easy to cause damage. Imaging examination isan important means of diagnosis of the knee joint damage. In X-ray, CT, andmany other imaging examination in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) withinthe joints on muscle, ligaments, cartilage, such as high resolution, trauma ofbones also have a good show. Now for arthroscopy and knee MRI, comparedthe accuracy of the diagnosis of knee joint meniscus injury, different sensitivityof literature reports; For a large number of knee meniscus injury cases MRI andarthroscopic control study, comprehensive analysis of causes of knee MRImisdiagnosis or missed diagnosis evaluation report is still rare.Objective:1、Evaluation of the lateral meniscus within the knee joint in eachsequence in MRI imaging findings of normal and injury.2、By comparing the results with preoperative MRI in the kneearthroscopy damage performance, it is concluded that the accuracy of the kneeMRI, specificity and sensitivity, to assess knee MRI in the diagnosis of kneejoint meniscus injury value and significance.3、To discuss the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of knee MRI in theknee joint meniscus injury.
