The Efficacy Of Blood Activation And Diuresis Formula With Arthroscopic Meniscoplasty Of The Knee In The Treatment Of Degenerative Meniscus Injury

Objective:This study was conducted on patients with degenerative meniscus injury.By observing the clinical efficacy of the blood activation and diuresis formula together with arthroscopic meniscoplasty of the knee in the treatment of degenerative meniscus injury,it provides a theoretical basis for the clinical application of this method in the treatment of degenerative meniscus injury in middle-aged and elderly people,and also provides a certain reference value for the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of this disease.Methods:From January 2020 to October 2020,48 patients with degenerative meniscus injury who were hospitalized in the Department of Orthopaedics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine and underwent arthroscopic meniscoplasty of the knee were collected,and were divided into 24 patients in the treatment group and 24 patients in the control group according to the randomized numerical table.The patients’ pain VAS score,knee mobility,JOA score and Lysholm knee score were recorded before surgery,2 weeks after surgery,1 month after surgery and 3 months after surgery,and systematic data analysis was performed by statistical software.Results:There were no significant differences in the general conditions(gender,age,disease duration,distribution of the affected knee),pain VAS score,knee mobility,JOA post-treatment effect score and Lysholm knee score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which were comparable.1.Intra-group comparison: the pain VAS score decreased,knee mobility,JOA post-treatment effect score and Lysholm knee score increased after 2 weeks,1 month and 3 months after surgery.2.2.Between-group comparison: 2 weeks,1 month and 3 months after surgery,the pain VAS score decreased more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group,and the knee mobility,JOA score and Lysholm knee score were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group.control group,with statistical differences(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The Blood and Water Activation Formula,together with arthroscopic meniscoplasty of the knee,can effectively relieve knee pain caused by degenerative meniscus injury in middle-aged and elderly people and improve knee function.2.Invigorating Blood and Water can significantly relieve post-operative pain,improve post-operative knee swelling and restore knee function,with the advantages of safety,reliability and improved patient satisfaction.
