The innovation what Micro-traumatic techniques brings for surgical areas is groundbreaking, revolutionary, because arthroscopy surgery has many restricting factors, for example:the doctor's vision is narrow, thus the collaboration of eyes and hands is restricted, the surgical instruments can move in limited range, the operation is difficulty, so doctors are difficulty to competent without a long-term training and experience accumulation. This thesis, aiming at the Meniscus surgery of arthroscopic knee surgery, committing to using virtual reality technology, built a simulation interactive training system by establishing an EON development platform. It can be used in training in a very real and safe environment, anytime, anywhere, at very low cost, which undoubtedly has a rather useful value to arthroscopy technology's development and promotion. This thesis mainly studied in the following aspects:Firstly, we constructed a realistic virtual environment, through recording the whole process of operation, and taking the photograph of devices, and with the nuclear magnetic resonance images and CT images of the knee, we constructed the meniscus, front cruciate ligament, femoral, tibia and skin organization models, and surgical instruments models, arthroscopic etc, especially we reconstructed the various types of injured meniscus, due to the restrictions of meniscal platform, the damaged parts were established abstract.Secondly, we designed the analog process of surgery. Considering the needs of our clients' training, The interaction of system simulation reflected in:tip surgical procedure, manipulate the virtual surgery tools training, browsing in joint cavity by endoscope, etc. Users can manipulate virtual surgical instruments to simulate operation training by the keyboard and mouse under text cues.Thirdly, by analyzing the collision of operation procedure, different collision detection and impact reactions of the different stages during the operation were designed, adding some balls to support collision detection, simulating collision bounding box to solve the collision detection between irregular objects, the collision was reduced to the collision between ball surface, the collision between ball and ball,which made the simulation more realistic and the simulation training effect of user more close to true environment.Finally, we designed the simulation programming interface system of user's, central region was used to display arthroscopy meniscus surgery simulated training module designed completely in EON, which realized that users can control training module in the framework interactively. And we added the knowledge learning and knowledge search modules, which is convenient for the users search operation knowledge during the simulation operation training.
