The Clinical Observation And Research In Patients With Hepatic Encephalopathy (Thermal Distuebance Of Mind) Of Bowel Enema Changduqing Together Vinegar

Objective:By observing Changduqing together vinegar enema intestinal thermal disturbance of mind type of hepatic encephalopathy in patients with clinical symptoms in general, ammonia (AMM), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total bilirubin (TBIL), prothrombin activity (PTA) impact of electroencephalogram (EEG), etc., to explore its mechanism of action, so as to provide an effective and ideal, non-toxic side effects of an effective therapy for ICU patients with hepatic encephalopathy, in order to reduce mortality and improve the level of life of patients and improve their survival quality.Methods:1. The60patients included in the study all patients with hepatic encephalopathy were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of30cases. Two groups of patients were given basic treatment:bed rest; low protein diet; hepatoprotective, anti-infection, nutritional support, maintain body water, electrolyte and acid-base balance, prevent constipation.2. Control group:to give DU McCormick (Netherlands Solvay Pharmaceuticals)30ml50ml normal saline enema. Two times a day. Drug treatment:give Ya Secretary lOg dissolved in5%Glucose Injection250ml intravenously, day1; liver injections(Guangdong Pharma-ceutical Biti)250ml, intravenous infusion, day1.Treatment groups:a control group on the basis of drug therapy based on the use of intestinal Changduqing enema (rhubarb20g15g red peony Shichangpu Magnolia10g15g10g Citrus aurantium decoction100ml)50ml and30ml of30%white vinegar mixed with high retention enema,2times a day.3.10days of treatment were observed in general clinical symptoms, AMM, ALT, TBIL, PTA, EEG and other changes, and comparison between the group and the group.Results:1. Significantly lower in patients treated ammonia, alanine aminotransferase, total bilirubin, while significantly improving prothrombin activity, the treatment effect than the control group, the difference was statistically significant.2. The treatment group improved patient EEG and flapping tremor was superior to the control group, there were significant differences between the groups.3. TCM syndrome patients treated group,the total efficiency of78.57%, higher than the total efficiency of51.72%.4. Observation time of10days, the two groups of patients were not aware of serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:The results show that intestinal Changduqing together vinegar enema can significantly improve the thermal disturbance of mind in patients with hepatic encephalopathy general type of clinical symptoms, ammonia, liver function, blood clotting mechanism, EEG, its clinical efficacy, indicating that the study has a strong the clinical utility and scientific value.
