The Clinical Observation On Alzheimer Disease Of Heart-liver Fire Type Tre Adted By Acupuncture

Objective:Clinical observation of curative effect on Alzheimer Disease of heart-liver fire type treadted by acupuncture,providing an effective method of treatment for the clinical treatment of Alzheimer Disease of heart-liver fire type.Methods:In this study,60patients with AD were randomly divided into trea-tment group (n=30) and control group (n=30). Treatment group i-ncluded15males and15females,age:61to80years,duration:6to24months;the control group inclued14males and16females,age:61to79years,duration:6to23months.Treatment group was treated with ac-upuncture, a week of6days, continuous treatment for4weeks; The control group was treated with Aricept, continuous treatment for4w-eeks.This research used international standards of diagnosis and effect evaluation.Mini Mental State (MMSE), Activties of Daily Living (ADL) and Sydrome Differentiation Scale for Dementia(SDSD) was u-sed to explore its efficacy.Results:1.The improvement in AD with patients score of MMSE and ADL in the treatment group was compared with that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).2.The improvement in AD with patients score of SDSD in the treatment group was compared with that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).3.The total effective rates between treatment group and control group were86.67%and56.67%,the two groups had significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion:1.Treatment of acupuncture to heart-liver fire type AD was effective.2.Acupuncture can improve heart-liver fire type AD of cognitive function and ability of life, and improve the situation than Aricept.3.Acupuncture can improve heart-liver fire type AD of TCM syndrome, improve the situation than Aricept.
