| Objective:In order to explore the Xiang BiKang clinical curative effect on the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type and the Xiang BiKang party research.Methods:80patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were randomly divided into four groups,namely neck convalescent particles,Xiang BiKang group,party1group,part2group, with each group20cases;Groups of patients are all in strict accordance with the treatment plan,just4weeks in a row,in the before and after treatment respectively7,14and28days according to the symptom checklist Tian Zhongjing Jiu observation record score values, visual simulation method to evaluate the degree of pain VAS score,determine each group overall clinical curative effect,compare four groups of pain before and after treatment,the signs and symptoms improve the situation,objective reflect its therapeutic mechanism.Results:Through the four groups of patients before and after the treatment on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type total integral value of VAS score,symptoms and signs scores and clinical curative effect of comparative analysis, we found that the clinical curative effect of Xiang BiKang groups is the best,the total effective rate was near to90.0%;Four groups of neck pain relief effect Xiang BiKang>neck convalescent particle group>party group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Four groups on the symptoms of cervical Xiang BiKang group> convalescent particle group> open party group;The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiang BiKang has the curative effect on the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type exactly,can effectively alleviate the root of pain on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,and improve its accompanying symptoms.And through with a split party1and dismantle square2group contrast we found that Xiang BiKang group had the reasonable formula,and its drug compatibility is the best compatibility. |
