The Clinical Observation Of Using The Da Huang Zhechong Pills For The Treatment Of Pelvic Congestion Syndrome Which Is Caused By Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis

Objective:This subject is used to observe the effective of using the Dahuang Zhechong Pills for the treatment of Pelvic congestion Syndrome (PCS), from the viewpoint of concept as a whole and syndrome differrentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is caused by Qi Stagnationand blood stasis. This will be provide a more efficient method for the clinical treatment.Method:Methods investigate samples from72out patients, which were assigned into two groups randomly,36cases in treatment group, which are used enteroclysis of Dahuang Zhechong Pills for the treatment, water frying to300ml, one dose a day every night, and36cases in contrast group, which were used enteroclysis of Chinese herbs effective to resolve stasis and dissolve lump, water frying to50ml, one dose a day every night. Both of them should be done in15minutes, and the time of retention-enema2h at least. Also they will be treated14days before7days menstruation, one course of treatment should be lasting3months. Observe the changes of clinical symptoms and the signs improvement, and the ultrasonography showed the diameter different of Pelvic veinsdark band and the changing of TCM symptom.Result; After one course of treatment, each of them have3patients lost.(1) The two groups patients’improvement of traditional Chinese medical syndrome was compared:Both the total effective of two group have a significant difference in TCM symptom, p<0.05.(2) The two groups patients’improvement of primary symptom was compared:the total effective of two groups have a significant difference in TCM symptom, p<0.05.(3) Both of them don’t have a significant difference in ultrasonography showed the diameter different of Pelvic veins dark band, p>0.05,but the two groups after treatment in patients with pelvic veins dark with inner diameter were decreased, p<0.05.Conclusion:Using the enteroclysis of Dahuang Zhechong Pills can obtain a better effect for treatment of PCS, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs and the pelvic vein varicosis.It provides a new approach to the treatment of PCS.
