| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and the changes of the hemorheology indice with Chinese Herbs combined with enteroclysis on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID) with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Meanwhile,discussed the mechanism preliminarily.Methods:We selected sixty patients with CPID and devided them randomly into treatment group(thirty cases,treat with Chinese Herbs combined with enteroclysis) and control group(thirty cases, treated with FuKeJing capsule).We observe the changing of Synthetic effecã€TCM Syndromeã€Symptoms and the influence on hemorheology.of each group after treatment.And we observe the recurrence rate in the next three months without treatment.Results:(1)After treatment,the total curative effects of combined treatment group and control group are93.3%and83.3%,there is significant difference between them(p<0.01).In the aspect of improving symptoms and signs, the curative rate is96.7%in the treatment group and90.0%in the control group. Analyzed with statistic method, they are significantly different(p<0.01).(2)Through the B-US,the patients’pelvic environment have more improvement in combined treatment group than control group(p<0.01).(3)After treatment,the hemorheology indices of combined treatment group were improve significantly. There is significant difference between before and after treatment(p<0.05).(4)The relapse rate of combined treatment group was lower than control group in the next three months without treatment(p<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Chinese Herbs combined with enteroclysis can ameliorate and clear up the symptoms of the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.(2)Chinese Herbs combined with enteroclysis can ameliorate the hemorheology indices significantly.(3)Chinese Herbs combined with enteroclysis can hold on a good therapeutic effect in the next three months without treatment.this kinds of treatment can reduce the relapse rate and be used safely. |
