Objective:1. Autologous transplantation rat endometriosis (EMT) model, dynamic pathological changes observed endometriosis, determine the treatment time of endometriosis Jingtongyushu optimal therapeutic drugs and preventive medication.2. To observe the Jingtongyushu therapeutic medication for EMT rat endometriosis cases pathological changes, and the effect on the expression of MMP-9levels, provide the basis for clinical application.3. Observe the Jingtongyushu prophylaxis for ectopic EMT rat endometrial pathological changes, and the impact on the expression of MMP-9, explore the Jingtongyushu effects of endometriosis prophylaxis.Methods:1. EMT established rat model using autologous transplantation, and the first five days after modeling, the first4weeks,6weeks,8weeks, ectopic endometrial tissue pathological changes observed by HE staining.2. By HE staining Jingtongyushu therapeutic drug experiments normal control group, model four weeks, model8weeks group, western medicine group, Jingtongyushu low-dose group,Jingtongyushu middle dose group, Jingtongyushu high-dose group histopathological changes in endometriosis, and observe the expression of MMP-9in each group ectopic endometrium by immunohistochemistry method.3. On a Jingtongyushu high doses medicine as a drug prophylaxis EMT experimental rats, and to observe pathological changes in each experimental group prophylaxis with endometriosis HE staining, and observation of ectopic within each group by immunohistochemistry method membrane expression of MMP-9.Results:1. EMT since successfully established rat model of graft law, HE staining showed that:after modeling ectopic endometrium five days a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration, tissue edema, blood supply less typical endometrial tissue structure is not formed. After modeling visible four weeks stratified epithelial cells arranged in dense stroma, increasing capillaries, the typical structure of ectopic endometrial tissue formation.2. The Jingtongyushu medication therapeutic experiments, EMT model rats after administration of HE staining visible endometriosis:endometrial epithelial varying degrees of atrophy, qualitative thin, fibrous tissue, blood vessels decrease, which western medicine group, Jingtongyushu high-dose group most obvious pathological changes. Immunohistochemical results showed that:Compared with normal control group, the model group showed a higher MMP-9expression, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05); After drug treatment, comparison with the model group eight weeks, Jingtongyushu each treatment group, the expression of western medicine group were decreased MMP-9in which Jingtongyushu high-dose group was better than western medicine treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. EMT prophylaxis experiments in rats after administration of HE staining showed endometriosis:endometrial epithelial atrophy thinning, atrophy of interstitial cells decreased cell narrow, reducing blood vessels, including Jingtongyushu prevention group changed significantly. Immunohistochemical results showed that:Compared with normal control group, the model group showed a higher MMP-9expression, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); After drug treatment, compared with the model group, the Jingtongyushu treatment of menstrual pain group and the expression of MMP-9group were decreased prevention, including Jingtongyushu prevention group treatment than the Jingtongyushu therapy group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. EMT can be successfully established rat model of autologous transplantation, time preventive medication is available at the beginning of the fifth day after modeling, four weeks after modeling can be used as a therapeutic drug intervention point in time.2. EMT ectopic endometrial tissue in rats after Jingtongyushu therapeutic with varying degrees of atrophy, the expression of MMP-9have also been suppressed.3. The Jingtongyushu prophylaxis can promote EMT ectopic endometrial tissue atrophy degeneration, and to decrease the expression of MMP-9, endometriosis have a preventive effect.4. The Jingtongyushu by inhibiting the expression of MMP-9for endometriosis have a role in prevention and treatment.
