ObjectiveThis research takes the multi-discipline synchronic observation and analysis methods to observe the effect of Luo's Prescription for Endometriosis in the treatment of rats'endometriosis with the focus on the effect of Luo's Prescription for Endometriosis, Danazol and ESG on blood rheology and the adverse effect. This research further discusses the functional mechanism of Luo's Prescription for Endometriosis in treating endometriosis and effect of its different dose level. It establishes the necessary evaluation system for the clinical research and new drug development for endometriosis with Chinese Medicine and provides rigorous research material.MethodsIt adopts the endometriosis animal model transplanted from rats'endometria. 4 weeks later, apply Luo's Prescription for Endometriosis with high and low density, Danazol and ESG for a treatment period of 3 weeks. The hemorheology of rats with endometriosis were examined.Result(1) The livability of replanting on the ovary of rats model was 61.6%. (2)The endometriosis rats'dystopiainternal membrace was grew well. (3) There are no significant differences in volum among each group in this experiment (P>0.05). (4)There are no significant differences in hemorheology among model, sham-operated and normal groups (P>0.05). No significant differences were showed among Luo's Prescription group, Danazol group and ESG group except hematocrit. (5) Compared the model group, the hemorheology index, including the whole blood viscosity, reduced viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index and ridgidty index were significantly decrease (P<0.05). Hematocrit in ESG group was significantly lower than Luo's Prescription group and model group. Compared the model group, plasma viscosity in Luo's Prescription (high concertration) was decreased significantly.Conclusion(1)EMS models could be developed successful by implanted tunica intima method. (2)Luo's Prescription can improve the blood glutinousness and viscidity significantly which prognosticate the mechanism of Luo's Prescription. (3)Danazol and estrogen can improve the index of the heamorheology also.
