Research On Application Of Water Infertility By Laparoscopy Combined With Thermal Moxibustion In The Fallopian Tube

Objective:Observation of hydrosalpinx infertility (congealing cold and blood stasis) patients by laparoscopic surgery, clinical application of heat sensitive moxibustion therapy. Methods:Choose the object of research in accordance with the standard60cases, randomly divided into two groups:30cases in the treatment group, the laparoscopic surgery using the thermal moxibustion therapy; the control group of30cases, postoperative observation of expectant. Observation of TCM syndrome in patients of the two groups to improve the situation, tubal patency and can improve the pregnancy rate, the disease by using the feasibility and clinical effect of heat sensitive moxibustion therapy evaluation. Results:1. The TCM syndrome integral comparison:6menstrual cycles: the clinical curative effect of TCM treatment group total effective rate was90%in the control group, the clinical curative effect of TCM the total efficiency of30%, there were significant difference between two groups (P<0.05), show the efficacy of the treatment group is better than control group.2. The patency of the fallopian tube:the treatment group and the control group after January B ultrasound under salpingography fallopian tubal patency, no significant difference (P>0.05);6menstrual cycles, the treatment group of tubal patency rate was90%, control group of tubal patency rate was76.67%, there were significant difference between two groups (P<O.05).3. Pregnancy:30cases in the treatment group of10cases of pregnancy, intrauterine pregnancy in8cases,2cases of ectopic pregnancy, pregnancy rate36.67%, intrauterine pregnancy rate was33.33%; the control group of30cases in3cases of pregnancy,2cases of pregnancy, including1cases of ectopic pregnancy, pregnancy rate was13.33%, the rate of intrauterine gestation6.67%. The comparison between the two groups, the treatment group the intrauterine pregnancy rate was higher than the control group, there was significant difference (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in ectopic pregnancy rate (P>0.05).4. In the clinical treatment of patients in the two groups were no obvious adverse reaction, and there were no significant effects of three conventional and renal function. Conclusion:Hydrosalpinx infertility patients with laparoscopic surgery, the use of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of heat sensitive moxibustion therapy can improve clinical symptoms in patients with, improve the patency of fallopian tube, improve the pregnancy rate.
