Clinical Study On Oral Liquid Of Tubal-dredging And Pregnancy-promoting To Treat Hydrosalpinx Infertility Of Accumulation And Stasis Of Damp-heat(Post-operation)

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of oral liquid of tubal-dredging and pregnancy-promoting to treat hydrosalpinx infertility of accumulation and stasis of damp-heat for patients after they received hysteroscopy-laparoscopy operations.Method:60 cases of study objects which comply with the standard were selected and divided into group A and group B in a completely random way.Each group was constituted by 30 people.Group A,considered as treatment group,was treated with the oral liquid of tubal-dredging and pregnancy-promoting.Group B treated with Kangfuyan capsule was the control group.Both of these two groups received three-course treatment,with each course lasting for one month.Then,patients of these two groups were observed and compared after the completion of these three courses in terms of their tubal patency,gravidity and TCM syndrome improvement.Moreover,clinical effects of oral liquid of tubal-dredging and pregnancy-promoting were evaluated.Results:1.Tubal patency:Half a year after the follow-up visit,hystero-salpingography was performed on non-pregnant patients.The results indicated that the rate of tubal patency for the treatment group and control group respectively reached 84.84%and 61.76%,featuring significant differences(p<0.05).2.Gravidity:Among 30 cases in the treatment group,there were 9 cases of uterine pregnancy and 2 cases of ectopic pregnancy,achieving 36.67%for the total rate of pregnancy.Among 30 cases in the control group,there were 7 cases of uterine pregnancy and 1 case of ectopic pregnancy,with the total rate of pregnancy Lup to 26.67%.According to the comparison,there were no significant differences between these two groups in total pregnancy,uterine pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy(p>0.05).3.TCM syndrome:Before and after the treatment of the treatment group and control group,significant differences were discovered in TCM syndrome integral and intra-group comparison(p<0.05).After the treatment,there were no significant differences in TCM syndrome integral and comparison among groups for these two groups(p>0.05).The total effective rate for TCM syndrome's curative effects for the treatment group and control group respectively reached 93.3%and 83.3%,indicating no significant differences between two groups.Conclusion:The oral liquid of tubal-dredging and pregnancy-promoting can improve the tubal patency,gravidity and TCM syndrome for patients.It can achieve an equal effect with that of Kangfuyan capsule with respect to the improvement of pregnancy outcome and TCM syndrome.Meanwhile,it is more superior to Kangfuyan capsule in improving the tubal patency.
