Clinical Effect Of Heat Sensitive Moxibustion Combined With Taohong Siwu Decoction On Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Cold Coagulation And Stasis Type

Objective: To observe and objectively evaluate the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold dampness stagnation type,so as to promote the application of Moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods: 60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected from Jingsi rehabilitation home and randomly divided into two groups: treatment group: 30 cases of heat sensitive moxibustion + Taohong Siwu Decoction,control group: 30 cases of simple acupuncture.The two groups selected the same acupoints: Sanyinjiao,Diji,Zhongji and Guanyuan.In terms of manipulation,the patients in the treatment group were treated with moxibustion once a day while taking Taohong Siwu Decoction orally.The patient lies on his back and holds the lighted moxibustion moxa stick,3cm away from the skin surface.In the process of whirling moxibustion,find out the heat sensitive point,and then carry out the operations of pecking,whirling,back and forth,warm moxibustion on the heat sensitive point in turn until the heat sensitive moxibustion sense disappears.The control group is given routine acupuncture treatment.The treatment time of the two groups was 25 days after the last menstruation,once a day,7 days in a row,3 menstrual cycles in a course.The visual analogue scale,Cox dysmenorrhea symptom scale and the frequency of acupoint distribution were evaluated.Result: 1.Baseline analysis The age and course of disease were statistically analyzed,and the two groups were comparable(P > 0.05).2.Treatment results:(1)The VAS scores of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.After treatment,the scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).(2)The score of Cox dysmenorrhea symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups was statistically analyzed.After treatment,the score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).(3)In general,93.33% in the treatment group and 76% in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.(4)The acupoints with high frequency of thermal sensitization were Sanyinjiao(80%),Zhongji(75%),Guanyuan(68%),and Diji(65%).Conclusion: Clinical observation shows that Sanyinjiao is the acupoint with high frequency of thermal sensitization.The use of thermal moxibustion combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold dampness stagnation type can significantly improve the VAS score and Cox dysmenorrhea symptom score of patients,alleviate the pain symptoms of patients,and have a good effect.Heat sensitive moxibustion combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction is an effective treatment for primary dysmenorrhea of cold dampness stagnation type,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
