Objective:to observe the clinical effects of postoperative rehabilitation about ulna olecranon comminuted fracture by means of electric acupuncture and functional exercise,,and discuss the inner reaction further.Methods:40cases who was diagnosised as ulna olecranon comminuted fracture and in line with the case inclusion criteria and follow-up,would be selected in the research during February2012to August2013in Fuzhou General Hospital, all of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and received the open reduction and internal fixation with anatomic plate surgery, postoperative basic treatment:antibiotics would be applied to prevent infection in24hours,and pain-killing drugs and dehydration drugs in3days. The control group adopted the postoperative rehabilitation programs of functional exercise, the treatment group would be accepted2weeks’electric acupuncture therapy on the basis of functional exercise. Assessment method: two groups of patients were made postoperative pain score according to Numerical Rating Scale in the Id,7d and14d after operation,measuring the circumference of the elbow joint in the2d,7d and14d after operation and calculating the swelling index, blood test of hemodynamic indexes in the preoperative and postoperative1d,7d,14d early in the morning on an empty stomach, elbow range of motion in3months and score the elbow joint by the improved HSS elbow function assessment, all the data of the research were analysised by SPSS17.0.Results:(1) General data comparison: statistics of two groups of patients in terms of gender, age, fracture position are no significant difference (p>0.05).(2) Pain score comparison: two groups of patients with pain score was no significant difference in postoperative1day, significant difference in postoperative7days and14days.(p<0.05).(3) Detumescence curative effect comparison: two groups of patients with circumference of the elbow joint was no obvious difference in postoperative2d (p>0.05), significant difference in swelling index in postoperative7d and14d.(p<0.05).(4) Hemodynamic indexes comparison:two groups of patients with hemodynamic indexes has no obvious difference in preoperative and postoperative1day (p>0.05), significant difference in postoperative7days and14days(p<0.05).(5) Elbow range of motion comparison: there is significant difference in the postoperative3months (p<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.(6) Elbow joint function score comparison:there is significant difference in the postoperative6months (p<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusions: Adopting electric acupuncture treatment combined with functional exercise for ulna olecranon comminuted fracture of postoperative rehabilitation treatment.it could alleviate pain, promote the swelling subsided, and effectively improve the forward elbow function.
